RE: Throwing Rubbish Unethically
Of lately, the Management has been receiving numerous complaints such as:
1) Throwing debris e.g. used children/sanitary napkins, cigarette butt,
food waste, other solid waste from the unit to the common areas.
2) Throwing debris into the rain water pipes at the balcony which causes the pipe to clog and backflow to the balcony. Some units have been badly damaged due to backflow of the water into the balcony.
Besides being hazardous to health and environment, it incurs unnecessary cost
to the common funds to rectify the clogged pipes and carry out additional
maintenance work. We also fear that the rubbish e.g. solid waste thrown out
from unit may cause injuries or damages to the residents and their properties.
Therefore, we highly appreciate your co-operation to adhere to the House Rules
and practice proper hygiene as this would help us to maintain a clean and
harmonious environment.
